In 2022, LEEDS 2023 collected over 2,000 artworks, and we’ve been through them all! We’ve looked through kids' drawings to selfies, home videos to recipes, drag performances to poetic confessions. Crocodile in a woolly scarf? Tick. Bat in the style of Klimt? Yup. A pineapple riding Nan’s scooter? We’ve seen it all, and we want to share it with you. 

Curators Sammy Gooch and Camille Hewitt brought a selection of these artworks to life through an explorable, family friendly exhibition in a site-specific location, boasting 360° panoramic views of Leeds. For this, NikNak provided a forest soundscape which featured music and poetry from local citizens of Leeds, and a bespoke playlist featuring music artists from Leeds.
